Combining decades of legal and real estate experience with a client-focused approach to mortgage lending, Pete helps homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors navigate even the most complex financing situations.

 

Pete has been a licensed attorney since 2001, with more than two decades of experience handling a broad range of real estate matters. Throughout his legal career, he has drafted and negotiated real estate contracts, advised clients through residential and commercial transactions, and successfully resolved complex real estate disputes. His legal background provides borrowers with an additional level of confidence when navigating contracts, title issues, financing structures, and closing requirements.

 

In addition to practicing law, Pete has served as a licensed mortgage loan officer for The Pinnacle Loans, where he specializes in helping clients secure financing that aligns with their long-term financial goals.
